Sheamus is the 2010 King of the Ring and I must say, he really needed to win that tournament. He was out of the title picture for awhile then feuded with Santino Marella (although I have to admit, Santino was WAY funny on his segments with Sheamus). That quickly changed the scene for Sheamus. It was like he’s taking a break or something before he gets back into the main event scene. Then the feud with John Morrison happened. Who would’ve thought that their filler feud would eventually continue up to KOTR and then produce the best match of the night for the WWE TLC PPV? Sheamus may have not won the no.1 contender’s match but one can argue that it was the best match of his career so far, even if he was on the losing end. Morrison deserved to win that match too.

King Sheamus will be back on the main event scene soon, especially when Triple H returns to the ring. The king vs. the king of kings. Another feud of the kings for HHH but make no mistake about it, Sheamus is no pushover and he will solidly defend his kingship against The Game, win or lose.

It has been a long while since I posted a new wrestling wallpaper here @ KWW..but don’t worry, I’ll surely make up for the lost time. And here’s the start of that promise – a brand spankin’ new Nexus We Are One wallpaper! Wade Barrett is doing a masterful job of being the Nexus leader. Even though David Otunga has been leading a coup lately, Wade pretty much ended it by having the entire group turn their backs on Otunga on last Monday’s RAW. I think the whole thing was just a disciplinary act for the rebellious Otunga and he should still remain a Nexus member.

Barrett is slowly but surely entering the main event scene. He may have not had an immediate impact like Sheamus did or the mega push Miz has been receiving lately, but this one’s for sure: Wade is quickly building a promising career and will be an important WWE main eventer down the road. For now, he’s Nexus and so as Heath Slater, Justin Bieber Gabriel, David Otunga, Michael McGillicutty and Husky Harris. The Nexus version 2 may not be as good as the original one, but they’re here to stay..and stay dominant.

It was RAW-some alright! This week’s WWE RAW gave us a lot of storyline twists and turns like Cena’s farewell address and Ezekiel Jackson qualifying for the KOTR tournament – okay that wasn’t something we should be excited about. Then after the main event rematch between Randy Orton and Wade Barrett for the WWE Championship, AWESOMEEE! was heard all over the arena and then it hit me (and everyone else probably), that this is going to be Miz’ WWE championship crowning night. It took a while before he was able to knock Orton out with the Skull Crushing Finale, probably to add a lil’ bit of suspense, and after the three count, a new WWE Champion was crowned. You can see Miz’ real emotions flowing when he held that belt, finally climbing the top of the main event ladder. I honestly admit that I counted this guy out as soon as he and Morrison went separate ways. Well, I was proven wrong. And I’m glad I was wrong. Couldn’t be any happier for the guy. Congratulations Miz!

SmackDown quickly became Edge’s territory again when he returned recently to the Friday night brand. Make no mistake about it, Kane’s the world champ right now..but it’s Edge that brings serious star power to the show. I wouldn’t mind if he wins the belt from Kane on WWE Survivor Series because he deserves it. Yes he may have been crap on RAW this year but that was because Cena and Orton are hogging the spotlight right now. Now that he’s on SmackDown! again, he’ll surely make another legendary mark on it, even as a face. Now if he could just keep himself from bringing back that SPEAR-SPEAR-and so on catchphrase..

Wallpapers are getting crappy nowadays huh? Well, I’ll be adding another one to the mix! Haha!

After opening my mailbox for the first time since June (YES IT’S TRUE), I saw a lot of requests sent to me and one thing that gave me a lot of interest to work on a new wrestling wallpaper was a request for a RAW anonymous GM wallpaper. Yup, believe it or not, someone really requested for it. Then somehow, it made sense! Oh man, I started making one right away. This gimmick has already garnered TONS of heel heat even though it’s technically just a laptop, a heel laptop that is more over than anyone on the Immortals in terms of heel reaction. I just had to point that one out right?

WWE held a Fan Appreciation Supershow this past Saturday from Hartford Connecticut. This show saw the one-time-only return of Triple H. He defeated Alberto Del Rio on that one and also pedigree’d his personal announcer Ricardo Rodriguez.

Okay, so no one really believes it was a one-time-only return for HHH. Reports say he’s just rehabbing from his lates injury (it’s a neck injury I believe) so it’s safe to assume that we’ll be seeing The Game once again and probably continue his feud with Sheamus. For now, WWE released a new shirt design just in time for his fan appreciation supershow appearance. I must say this shirt design rocks. It’s called Rex Cranium btw.

After buying 3 PS3 games this October alone, I subjected myself to some major credit card payin’ next month. Nonetheless, when WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2011 releases later this week (October 28 I believe), my looming credit card issues won’t stop me from buying this baby. It’ll be my first WWE game for PS3 since I decided not to buy SVR 2010 before. I hope I won’t get disappointed with this game, even if it’s getting early rave reviews from gaming sites.

Play first, work later. That’ll be my new motto, for the whole November at least haha

Alberto Del Rio lately has been branded as a Mexican JBL. It’s true they have similar entrances, lifestyle and inflated ego..but the similarities end there. Alberto is on a different level, a much higher one. Wrestling-wise, Alberto trumps JBL in every way. He also has a mysterious aura in him, a mean streak (and a really mean one) he hides behind that deceiving smile of his. It’s like you don’t want to cross him or else, you’re done for good, just like what happened recently to his two victims, Rey Mysterio and Christian. Even though Rey came back and pinned him, their feud is just starting. And it’s a damn good feud to watch for.

There are a lot out there who predicts this guy to be the World Champion as soon as 2011. Well, I wouldn’t be surprised if that happens next year. If Sheamus can win the big one as a rookie, then there’s no reason WWE should hold back on pushing Alberto Del Rio as the WWE or World Heavyweight Champion come 2011. I believe this guy will make a HUGE impact on WWE SmackDown! sooner or later.

I must say, I marked out BIG TIME when Wade Barrett pinned John Cena at HIAC! Although almost everyone has seen this coming, it was still surreal to see it really happen. Plus, the 2 guys who interfered in Wade’s behalf were apparently NXT Season 2’s Husky Harris and Michael McGillicutty, the former being more recognizable than the latter during the attack. I’m excited to see these 3 new Nexus members, especially John Cena himself. It’s about time WWE do something different with Cena and this is the PERFECT opportunity to slowly turn him heel. Of course at first he wouldn’t heel himself up right off the bat. A slow buildup and mystery as to what Cena is cookin’ would be good for WWE RAW TV in the upcoming months. Seriously, whatever happens, this storyline would be one thing I wouldn’t dare miss.

WWE needed another shakeup and they did it starting with their top superstar. I applaud them for taking this risk. Hopefully, those adult fans who were turned off by the recent PG programming will be back sooner or later. After all, this has been what we’ve asking for right? At least for the moment, Cena won’t be Superman-ing his way through everyone. He has no choice but to be a part of Nexus.

Just like what’s in the wallpaper, this John Cena-Nexus storyline will either make or break WWE right to its core.
