Well, I say these 2 are the rightful holders, based on what they can do to elevate up and coming main eventers like Christian, Miz, R-Truth and Alberto Del Rio. This week, we saw the return of Stone Cold Steve Austin (and JBL for a few minutes) and man, I must say I’m really proud to be a huge WWE fan nowadays. Even my peers are raving about this year’s WrestleMania season and how couldn’t they? Triple H, Undertaker, Trish Stratus, The Rock and now, Stone Cold Steve Austin in just a span of 1 month. Talk about laying all down the aces!

There have been ramblings around the net about how WWE Attitude era is owning WWE PG recently. Yes, I do wish that they eventually get rid of the PG programming but let’s be realistic here, do you guys really see WWE giving up the PG stuff anytime soon? As much as most adult fans want that, the future doesn’t look that way. After WrestleMania 27, most likely the Attitude era nostalgia will be gone again. Stone Cold and The Rock aren’t staying no matter what they say, Triple H is ready to relocate to the corporate ranks and Shawn Michaels is happily retired. The Undertaker has 1-2 years left in his body so he’s the only one who’ll probably stay from these veterans.

No one can deny how these guys have brought ratings up again these past few weeks and to see them feud with the likes of John Cena, Randy Orton, Alberto del Rio, The Miz and CM Punk would be a total treat for everyone. The Rock-Cena-Miz angle has been gold already. How about Stone Cold mixing up with Randy Orton? Even adult fans won’t have anything bad to say about that. I say have them stay until SummerSlam! Just dreaming.

Fasten your seat belts because we’re officially underway for the WrestleMania 27 wallpapers (including previous wallpapers of Alberto del Rio and The Rock)! I’ll be releasing wallpapers of possible and announced matches of this year’s WrestleMania from hereon until the PPV comes to an end. With that said, let’s go to our featured wallpaper.

CM Punk vs. Randy Orton. That’s a good WrestleMania match right there. With their feud picking up steam each and every week, thanks to CM Punk’s and Orton’s masterful storyline telling, this could be a show stealer, given the abilities of these two men. CM Punk has become more hated as a heel (and more loved by the smart fans) while The Viper has become a more legit face because he’s dealing with numbers/Nexus now and that’s a must-have for faces who need to get over huge. Both these WWE Superstars are taking it to another level on becoming more effective in their roles and that’s why this feud works very well for them. In the coming weeks, I’m anticipating that the anonymous RAW General Manager will throw something for their match, probably making their WM27 match a no.1 contendership match for a chance to face the winner of the Cena-Miz WWE Championship match on the next PPV or if they’re lucky, the next night on RAW. Whatever the case is, I’m pretty sold on this match, with or without stipulations.

After buying 3 PS3 games this October alone, I subjected myself to some major credit card payin’ next month. Nonetheless, when WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2011 releases later this week (October 28 I believe), my looming credit card issues won’t stop me from buying this baby. It’ll be my first WWE game for PS3 since I decided not to buy SVR 2010 before. I hope I won’t get disappointed with this game, even if it’s getting early rave reviews from gaming sites.

Play first, work later. That’ll be my new motto, for the whole November at least haha

Man, Randy Orton’s on a roll right now. I though, at first, he can’t pull off the face persona..and to my surprise, he has been able to do it nicely. He stayed in character (which is actually A MUST) and just feuded with the likes of Edge and Sheamus. If he can just maintain this AND if Cena turns heel by joining the Nexus, as I’ve said here, Orton can be the new face of the WWE. The guy’s very capable of being the franchise player that everyone envisioned him to be years ago so I think the Cena heel turn is worth the gamble even if it would hurt kids worldwide. Then again, it’s good for the business in the long term so I suggest they pull the trigger on that one. Randy Orton is ready to become WWE’s top guy. Make it happen.

Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been busy with my personal life lately, enjoying it right now even on a broken leg due to a freak accident on a recent basketball practice with teammates. Being lazy and all that – definitely worth it.
