RAW vs. SmackDown. It’s a renewed rivalry between WWE’s premier shows after being on hiatus for a couple of years now. Bragging rights for the winning team/show will be on the line (unofficially) and these 2 teams will do everything in their power to get that privilege to call themselves the best.
Team RAW consists of the BFFs Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho, the US Champ Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins while Team SmackDown Live has AJ Styles, the new Wyatts Bray and Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose and Shane McMahon. I dunno, Baron Corbin should have been there instead of Shane but I guess there’s some major storyline that which involves him that gets kickstarted on Survivor Series. Rumors say it has something to do with Brock Lesnar. We’ll see.
I’m honestly excited to see this match. As for the winning team, since SmackDown has been the better show for weeks now, I’m betting on the blue brand though a win is what RAW really needs right now.

Mick Foley was right in ‘drafting’ Chris Jericho to RAW. The guy has been the MVP of the show these past months-the very same veteran who is suppose to help talent get over and go out on a band tour afterwards. He’s still in a transitional role but his star shines the brightest among all RAW superstars right now and I couldn’t believe it. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns can learn a thing or two from him as they are currently struggling getting solid and consistent reactions from the WWE Universe.
Before he goes on a break again, Y2J should at least get one more title run as a reward for keeping his character, his segments and his “bestfriend” role with Kevin Owens superbly interesting. Someone will turn on the other sooner or later. Heel or face, Jericho can pull it off either way. It’s just a matter of time before Kevin Owens’ name gets written in the List of Jericho.

2016 WWE Live in Manila Poster

In just a few hours, WWE will be holding an event here in Manila and we Pinoy fans are excited as f*ck! It has almost been a decade since WWE last came here. We’re definitely due for some kickass show!
I made this poster a few days ago in the hopes of having a chance for a meet and greet with the likes of New Day, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and John Cena. Sadly though, that possibility looks bleak now after losing a local contest that will give an opportunity for a couple of fans to meet the WWE Superstars in person. Lucky peeps they are!
Anyway, I’m posting the web version of this design if you’d like to have it as your mobile wallpaper (sorry, no desktop versions for this one). Six WWE Superstars will wage war against each other on June 19 for the right to get this year’s Money in the Bank briefcase. Dean Ambrose, Alberto Del Rio, Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho, Cesaro and Kevin Owens (which I’m picking to win) will do anything just to have the opportunity to cash in anytime until next year and become the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. You can make a legit case for each of these competitors so it’s really tough to predict who’s gonna win it this time around and that’s a very good thing. Will WWE finally put the main event push on Cesaro’s shoulders? Or should they go with someone like Alberto Del Rio who’s going to be booed either way against Roman Reigns? Or will this be an underdog story of the year for Sami Zayn? We’re going to find out soon.

The wait is almost over. WrestleMania 32 is just around the corner and most of us, myself included, are excited (yes, not everyone is haha). It’s a top-heavy card, with a passable midcard but contains possible show-stealers like the IC ladder match and Styles-Jericho. Still confused as to why the LON-New Day match isn’t for the Tag Titles. Rumors say The Rock will get involved in that match and to be frank, I don’t know the logic behind that. Nonetheless, it’s always electric to see The Great One. Stone Cold Steve Austin is scheduled to appear too. Will he get involved in one of the main events somehow?
It’s either sink or swim for WrestleMania 32. Why? Other than a mediocre mid and lower card, the WWEWHC match is looking to be a disaster, with lots of fans booing Roman Reigns BIG TIME. Again, he has to turn heel before his character gets ruined for good. The HIAC match will be the most intriguing. On the brighter side, fans aren’t expecting much from most of the matchups so it’ll be the perfect time to surprise the doubters. New champs, huge upsets, unexpected twists and stars elevated – that’s how WrestleMania 32 should be all about. Everyone on the roster has to pull all the stops to make this event memorable, in a good way.

The first WWE wallpaper of 2016 here at Kupy Wrestling Wallpapers is none other than the 2016 Royal Rumble wallpaper! I know I know it’s a bit late since the event will commence in just a few hours so I’m sorry about that. At least I was able to make the deadline 😛
Roman Reigns entering at no. 1 didn’t surprise any. A lot of people would be surprised though if he doesn’t win the Rumble since it looks like the WWE World Heavyweight Championship defense stipulation was made to make him look very strong heading into WrestleMania 32. With the Triple H feud looming in the background though, there’s a realistic chance that Roman’s loses the title to The Game himself and will result to a championship match at WrestleMania. I do hope that this isn’t the route WWE will go for. We need that BIG surprise. A new champ perhaps in the form of Kevin Owens? Or the sure star power bet Brock Lesnar? Daniel Bryan? What about AJ Styles winning the championship in his first day at work? There are tons of possibilities WWE can explore so that they can garner intrigue and interest on their way to WrestleMania season.
Or we can just sit back and enjoy the show later. Good times ahead!

This year’s rendition will feature more WWE Superstars by adding the most popular wrestlers during the Attitude Era such as Stone Cold, The Rock, Val Venis, The Godfather, Ken Shamrock, APA and so many more! The WWE PG roster has been updated of course and we’ll see the likes of CM Punk, The Rock 2011, Damien Sandow, Masked Kane 2011, Antonio Cesaro and Big Hungry himself, Ryback! No reason NOT to get excited about that! Of course, WWE ’13 will feature enhancements on their game engine named Predator Technology 2.0. Season modes include Universe and Attitude. Ever since Dolph Ziggler told Chris Jericho his opinion of him losing his touch, Y2J has found a new fire..though I dunno if this was the right time to turn face since he’ll be out of the WWE for quite a time again due to his Fozzy tour. Nonetheless, we’re seeing the Jericho of old lately, but a bit more PG LOL. What do you expect huh? Either way, regardless of the timing of his face turn, it was a much-needed change since his latest and current run hasn’t been impressive at all, just like what Dolph pointed out. Ziggler has maintained that stance and thus forced Jericho to turn it up a notch. These 2 have great chemistry and I can’t wait to see their match at SummerSlam. I see Jericho winning and getting a brutal post-beatdown at the hands of Ziggler to write him off from TV. Or the beatdown could happen on next week’s RAW instead.

For sure Jericho ain’t having second thoughts on whether he really has lost his touch or not. As for Ziggler, will he be able to steal the torch from the future hall of famer and solidify his position as future main eventer? Let’s find out this Sunday.
