A few weeks ago, there wasn’t much sense to do a triple threat between CM Punk, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, since there wasn’t anything on the line. Now, even though unofficial, whoever wins this match will most likely end up with Paul Heyman’s services. Some are predicting Paul turning on both Roman and Punk to align with Seth. Personally, I don’t like it, but I’m not ruling it out completely.
Roman Reigns is showing signs of slowly reverting back to his mean version of the Tribal Chief. Being ‘betrayed’ yet again, he’s feels like he shouldn’t trust anyone outside of his bloodline anymore. Without his Wiseman, the OTC is alone in his Island of Relevancy going into this match.
CM Punk is marching into this matchup with Paul Heyman—as a hesitant bestfriend. Surely, the favor will be returned, but not in a way Paul would like to because it resulted to a fractured relationship with Roman. Punk probably doesn’t care about that though, as long as his best friend in the world is in his side for this night. And that’s where the issue comes in. Paul Heyman is trapped between this emotionally tiring conflict..that’s why the Rollins alliance angle is possible.
Whoever wins in this match, this triple threat surely needs to end in controversial fashion to keep fans talking going into night 2, and keep the momentum going storyline-wise.

CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins will never get old. The hatred between these two WWE Superstars have never been more intense. They legitimately can’t stand each other, and the resulting fights or brawls have always been spectacular to see. Steel cage match on next week’s RAW? Hell yeah. Another match at WrestleMania 41? Count me in, though CM Punk looks like he’ll be cashing in on that favor from Paul Heyman soon!
Just let these men fight each other every week. I swear this real-life feud is really good stuff, great for the business overall.

Drew McIntyre thinks everyone quickly forgot Roman Reigns’ reign of terror. Well, it wouldn’t happen in the first place if Roman Reigns didn’t went through all those years pre-Head of the Table era. Seth Rollins is playing the victim card, but he was the one who hit Roman Reigns in the back with a steel chair, subsequently ending The Shield as well. Though they reunited for a short time, the damage cannot be undone. There will always be a scar. Kevin Owens, during his Universal Championship reign, was part of the creation of this persona, too.
Roman Reigns came back in Summerslam 2020 to wreck everyone. He showed up and won, became the Head of the Table and the Tribal Chief, and had one of the most iconic title reigns ever. In the brink of an early retirement, Roman Reigns turned his career around and is now considered to be one of the GOATs in WWE history.

This is a quote from Drew McIntyre, as he tries to mount a revenge tour of his own against Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline members. He’s probably already working with Kevin Owens in a subtle way, though he’s still convincing Seth Rollins to join his cause. With Roman Reigns regaining the Ula Fala & the Tribal Chief recognition, it’s just a matter of time before Roman Reigns gets another shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship.
The WWE Universe are now supporting Roman Reigns like never before, and that also pisses Drew McIntyre off. They’re now the villains, while the likes of Roman Reigns, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso are being embraced by the fans even after they have unleashed years of torment on RAW and Smackdown.
Drew McIntyre feels like the OTC is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. The time is not on his side. He needs to get something “rollin'” soon, and mount an offensive strategy that is good enough to go against Roman Reigns, and possibly OG Bloodline members as well.

Why wait ’til WrestleMania 41 for these two to lock horns? I think it was a great call by HHH / WWE to make the match now while the iron is still hot. You can still have another Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk at WrestleMania, with the World Heavyweight Championship on the line (if Gunther stays on RAW), or even a triple threat if Cody Rhodes ends up bringing the WWE Championship to the red brand. Heck, even another HIAC for CM Punk if he’s open to it. With both men on the same brand, it’ll be quite hard to keep these two from destroying each other every week before WrestleMania 41—just watch their altercation on this week’s RAW episode.

When The Rock named Seth Rollins as WrestleMania 40 MVP, he was absolutely correct. I don’t think anyone can argue the impact Seth has made at WrestleMania XL, even when he was dealing with a torn meniscus injury. He powered through and gave us two nights of memorable performances in this lifetime. Rollins fulfilled his role of supporting Cody Rhodes to finally dethrone Roman Reigns and effectively stop The Bloodline from making sure Roman retains the Undisputed WWE Championship. Seth Rollins fingerprints were all over the event, and that solidified him another WrestleMania to remember under his belt. Well done, Seth!
