This much-anticipated rematch between The Phenomenal One and the leader of Cenation is finally going to happen at the biggest event of the summer. The first one was nothing but a setup to make things heated between the two. The Battleground match wasn’t one on one so it didn’t have any real bearing. This one matters though. It’s not only about one winning against the other, but it’ll be to determine who will be WWE’s franchise player moving forward. No disrespect to Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, but these 2 have much more star power than those two currently have IMHO.

WWE should do the right thing here and have AJ Styles finally get a decisive win against John Cena. AJ’s not gonna go another 10 years and should be the top dog in the WWE ASAP or they risk losing revenue potential especially since Styles has the ability to become the next mega face of this industry, just like he was when he was still in TNA. Cena would still be the mainstream/popular choice even if he loses. Do it, WWE.

‘The Club’ of Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and The Phenomenal AJ Styles are currently engaged in a hot feud against the Samoan Dynasty/Family of The Usos and the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. It was right for WWE to continue this angle of AJ chasing Roman while having Karl & Luke and The Usos join in. WWE has barely scratched the potential in this one and if they play it right, whether it involves Gallows and Anderson turning on Styles or Reigns going full-fledged villain or maybe even Finn Balor debuting and takes over The (Balor) Club, they’ll have a money storyline they can use up to SummerSlam though that may be a bit of a stretch. But you get my point. The chemistry between Roman Reigns and AJ Styles is growing each time they face each other in a verbal altercation or a match. Their styles (pun intended) benefit one another so much that their PayBack match was surprisingly good.

I understand that Roman’s not gonna lose the belt anytime soon. At some point though, I’m hoping AJ gets a title reign (AGAIN) even if it’s a short one, with a monster heel Reigns winning it back for the 4th time.

The wait is almost over. WrestleMania 32 is just around the corner and most of us, myself included, are excited (yes, not everyone is haha). It’s a top-heavy card, with a passable midcard but contains possible show-stealers like the IC ladder match and Styles-Jericho. Still confused as to why the LON-New Day match isn’t for the Tag Titles. Rumors say The Rock will get involved in that match and to be frank, I don’t know the logic behind that. Nonetheless, it’s always electric to see The Great One. Stone Cold Steve Austin is scheduled to appear too. Will he get involved in one of the main events somehow?

It’s either sink or swim for WrestleMania 32. Why? Other than a mediocre mid and lower card, the WWEWHC match is looking to be a disaster, with lots of fans booing Roman Reigns BIG TIME. Again, he has to turn heel before his character gets ruined for good. The HIAC match will be the most intriguing. On the brighter side, fans aren’t expecting much from most of the matchups so it’ll be the perfect time to surprise the doubters. New champs, huge upsets, unexpected twists and stars elevated – that’s how WrestleMania 32 should be all about. Everyone on the roster has to pull all the stops to make this event memorable, in a good way.

Who would’ve thought that we’ll see AJ Styles in a WWE ring this 2016 and beyond? He was definitely the hottest free agent in wrestling just a few months ago. Now that WWE have him locked for a foreseeable future, the sky is the limit (not that he hasn’t been there before but this is WWE we’re talking of) for the Phenomenal One. The potential to be The Man is surely there, the only question now is will Vince and co. maximize that or not. He can definitely move merchandise since that’s one big criteria for them. Much like Sami Zayn, AJ Styles oozes with babyface material, even though he’s also a great heel, and can definitely be a poster boy for the WWE, in and out of the ring. I’m very excited to see how AJ goes from here. And there’s WrestleMania 32 too. Who would you like him to face in his first WrestleMania??

The first WWE wallpaper of 2016 here at Kupy Wrestling Wallpapers is none other than the 2016 Royal Rumble wallpaper! I know I know it’s a bit late since the event will commence in just a few hours so I’m sorry about that. At least I was able to make the deadline 😛

Roman Reigns entering at no. 1 didn’t surprise any. A lot of people would be surprised though if he doesn’t win the Rumble since it looks like the WWE World Heavyweight Championship defense stipulation was made to make him look very strong heading into WrestleMania 32. With the Triple H feud looming in the background though, there’s a realistic chance that Roman’s loses the title to The Game himself and will result to a championship match at WrestleMania. I do hope that this isn’t the route WWE will go for. We need that BIG surprise. A new champ perhaps in the form of Kevin Owens? Or the sure star power bet Brock Lesnar? Daniel Bryan? What about AJ Styles winning the championship in his first day at work? There are tons of possibilities WWE can explore so that they can garner intrigue and interest on their way to WrestleMania season.

Or we can just sit back and enjoy the show later. Good times ahead!

I’m really liking the AJ Styles angle right now. It gives a fresh mystique to AJ, not to mention the badassery to his look. His dark character is the perfect recipe for the ongoing TNA vs. Aces & Eights war. After that horrible Claire Lynch angle and slumping his way to 2012, AJ looked literally tired of all the crap he went through. Somehow, it looked like the house he built wasn’t giving anything good back to him. Here comes Aces and Eights. Even during AJ’s sabbatical, there were hints that they were trying to get him join the group. Now that he’s back in the thick of things, it looks like he’s weighing his options..but to me, I think he already made his mind long ago. I won’t be surprised if he joins Aces & Eights, given that he would fit real well with Bully’s gang. He’ll eventually become the ultimate face again down the road and then that will be the time that he takes down the Aces. No need to rush that angle for now. Besides, Bully Ray needs to have a lengthy title reign first. If AJ indeed joins Aces and Eights this Thursday, would he still be The Phenomenal One in everyone’s eyes? Or just another radical who made his way to TNA’s biggest enemy yet?

As promised a few weeks ago, there will be more TNA wallpapers this year (and hopefully beyond). This AJ Styles wallpaper is a small start for that initiative. Now if only TNA would only publish some of their updated high resolution images..

Hey everyone! Look what we have here 🙂 It’s the brand-spankin’ new version 5 of Kupy Wrestling Wallpapers! A lot has changed throughout the years and this version’s no different. Site is now using a responsive layout meaning it’s mobile, tablet, desktop and HD compatible! KWW also now has Mr. Kupy’s Fave Five section featuring my personal favorites haha 🙂 I’m still planning to add some more interactive stuff in here but for now, this is already a BIG accomplishment for me – being able to totally redesign the aging site layout given the lack of personal time for these kind of things 😛 Hope you guys love the redesign!

Also, I finally decided to make a Kupy Wrestling Wallpapers Facebook page (LIKE IT NOW!), super late but better late than never. From now on, I’ll be announcing wallpaper updates on that page. My own Facebook page will now be for personal stuff.

Oh, and as ‘tribute’ to this milestone, I’m featuring the first-ever Kupy Wrestling Wallpapers uhm..wallpaper! I dunno if the idea seem ridiculous or brilliant. Nonetheless, I made one as sort of a promise to everyone (that I’ll most likely break at one point) that there will be more different wallpapers to be anticipated here. Meaning..more TNA wallpapers, Diva wallpapers and yes, more John Cena wallpapers. Tall orders but rest assured, they will always be kept in mind.

The Immortal storyline has been awful so far. Yeah it’s another NWO-style takeover but what I don’t understand is why they had to drag Fortune into this crap. I can’t imagine AJ Styles playing second fiddle to Jeff Hardy when AJ SHOULD be the top guy in this Immortal/Fortune group. Heck, he should be the TNA World Heavyweight Champion right now and not Mr. Anderson. Even though I’m a huge fan of Mr. Anderson, he’s not yet champ material. His title win lacked proper build up and it just makes him look like a transitional champion. For now, he’s the top guy until Jeff Hardy resolves his legal case next month.

Going back to AJ Styles and Fortune, I believe these guys should separate themselves from Immortal because that group is becoming crowded already. They shouldn’t be acting like dogs for Hogan and company or looking like a bunch of Rob Terry’s. 3/4 of Fortune are champions right now! AJ Styles, Kazarian and Beer Money deserve much better than this. Ric Flair, he’ll live no matter what the storyline is.
